Mercer is one of the world’s largest HR consultancies in the world. Their size and established brand brings challenges to a project like this, but also gives an opportunity to create something that appears fun and brings excitement to a somewhat serious sounding industry.

This first launch of this product was used at an exclusive event in London; held by Mercer and one of their affiliates. My role as the designer for this product was to create something which feels intuitive and engaging to play. It was great to be able to build upon the illustration style that already existed for the brand, as well as being asked to consider feedback and discuss ways in which the product could be improved or/and expanded on in the future.
